Total Body Barre A low-impact, HIGH energy, fast-paced barre class inspired by the fundamentals of dance and designed to strengthen and tone your muscles. You will get an awesome cardio and full-body workout, feeling the burn all over your body! You will need something to hold onto for balance, light weights or water bottles, and a mat.
Pilates Mat This is a mat-based, low-impact conditioning class. Pilates uses dynamic exercises and body resistance to lengthen and strengthen your entire body. Class will be taught by a professional dancer and certified Pilates instructor.
Ballet Strength Ballet Strength is a low-impact, mat-based strength class, focusing on the deep core muscles, thighs and glutes, arms, and back. This class is designed to both tone your muscles and strengthen your body to prevent injury.
Active Dynamic Stretch Active Dynamic Stretch is a movement based stretch class that combines stretching with strength training. By focusing on eccentric muscular contractions we can positively change our tissue and overall strength, movement and flexibility while reducing tension and scar tissue. We will stretch using: a chair, a yoga mat, a yoga blanket (or other cushioning for our knees in kneeling stretches) and two yoga blocks (or some books could work too).
Stretch A low-impact, mat based stretch class, which fuses elements of yoga, Pilates, and of course ballet! The instructor will guide you through both dynamic and static stretches, using breath to help you go deeper and find more flexibility. In this class you will do everything from meditation and downward dog to barre stretches and the splits!
Ballet Sculpt Express Ballet Sculpt Express is a 30 minute ballet-inspired toning and cardio workout. This class uses ballet movements, light weights, and body resistance to build strength and endurance. This full-body workout will include a warm-up and a cool down. Light hand or wrist weights recommended, or anything equivalent (i.e. water bottles).
