Cardio Ballet Ballet dancers take a ballet class as their daily workout, and now, so can you! Our signature Cardio Ballet Workout is a revamp of traditional dance-fitness: Rather than hip-hop and jazz as its basis, this class is ballet. The instructor will dance with you the entire time and guide you step by step through a full-body warm up and progressing to a dance inspired by a real classical ballet. The class is choreographed to piano renditions of inspiring pop, rock, and Broadway music, as well as real music from a classical ballet, so you will feel uplifted to keep moving, learning, and definitely sweating!
Total Body Barre A low impact, HIGH energy, fast-paced Barre class inspired by the fundamentals of ballet and dance and designed to strengthen and tone your muscles. You will get an awesome cardio workout and feel the burn all over your body! No prior dance or barre experience is needed.
Beginner Ballet Series A 4-class Beginner Ballet series, intended for those completely new to ballet, or those with experience looking for a class to break down the fundamentals of ballet technique. Over this 4 week course, you will learn ballet basics and piece together a ballet combination, so you will be really dancing!
Pilates Mat This is a mat based, no impact conditioning class. Pilates uses dynamic exercises and body resistance to lengthen and strengthen your entire body. Class will be taught by a professional dancer, who is a certified Pilates instructor.
Stretch Express A 30 minute no-impact, dynamic stretch class, which will lengthens and invigorates your body. The class progresses from laying down on your back to gradually standing all the way up, leaving you feeling full refreshed and ready for anything.
Ballet Sculpt Express Ballet Sculpt Express is a 30 minute ballet inspired toning and cardio workout. This class uses ballet movements, light weights, and body resistance to build strength and endurance. This full-body workout will will include a warm-up and a cool down.
Ballet Strength Ballet Strength is a no-impact, mat based strengthening class, which focuses on the deep core muscles, thighs and glutes, arms, and back. This class is designed to both tone your muscles and strengthen your body to prevent injury.
Ballet Breathe & Flow Great for beginners! Ballet Breathe and Flow is a movement meditation ballet workout, choreographed to piano music of favorite pop and Broadway classics. This class is a full-body workout, which uses breath to lengthen and stretch muscles, and also to get your graceful groove on!
The instructor will guide you from a flowing barre warm-up to energetic dances across the floor, with a strong focus on how to move safely and correctly. This class is perfect for beginners, and also for those with more experience who crave to break down the basics of ballet technique. You will leave feeling rejuvenated and inspired to move more and learn more!
Broadway Ballet This is a twist on our signature Cardio Ballet class taught by a real Broadway Ballerina! The playlist for this class is all songs from Broadway musicals and in each class you will learn a dance from a real Broadway musical.
