Our Ballet Classes:
Cardio Ballet Our signature Cardio Ballet is a revamp of traditional dance fitness: Unlike most dance fitness, this class is rooted in ballet. The instructor will dance right along with you and guide you step-by-step through a full-body warm up, progressing to choreography inspired by real ballets. You’ll dance along to inspiring instrumental renditions of pop, rock and Broadway as well as the music from the ballet itself! Led by the music and instructor, you will feel uplifted to keep moving, learning, and definitely sweating! ***Some of our recent themes have included Romeo and Juliet, Swan Lake, and George Balanchine’s Jewels!
Beginner Ballet Series This Monday evening series is intended for those completely new to ballet or for those with experience looking to break down the fundamentals of ballet technique. Over the course of a month, you will learn ballet basics and piece together a ballet combination so you will be ready to jump into our signature Cardio Ballet in no time!
Ballet Breathe & Flow Great for beginners! Ballet Breathe and Flow is a movement meditation ballet workout. This class is a full-body workout, which uses breath to lengthen and stretch muscles, so you can get your graceful groove on! The instructor will guide you from a flowing barre warm-up to energetic dances across the floor, with a strong focus on how to move safely and correctly. Similar to our Beginner Ballet series, this class is perfect for beginners or those looking to break down the basics of ballet technique. You will leave feeling rejuvenated and inspired to keep on learning and moving!
Ballet for Toddlers This 30 minute toddler ballet class is perfect for your 2-5 year old child. The instructor will guide you and your toddler through ballet games and fun exercises, so your little one can move creatively from home and get a fun and age appropriate introduction to dance! A parent or guardian must be present during class.
Our Stretch & Strength Classes:
Total Body Barre A low-impact, HIGH energy, fast-paced barre class inspired by the fundamentals of dance and designed to strengthen and tone your muscles. You will get an awesome cardio and full-body workout, feeling the burn all over your body! You will need something to hold onto for balance, light weights or water bottles, and a mat.
Pilates Mat This is a mat-based, low-impact conditioning class. Pilates uses dynamic exercises and body resistance to lengthen and strengthen your entire body. Class will be taught by a professional dancer and certified Pilates instructor.
Ballet Strength Ballet Strength is a low-impact, mat-based strength class, focusing on the deep core muscles, thighs and glutes, arms, and back. This class is designed to both tone your muscles and strengthen your body to prevent injury.
Stretch Express A 30-minute low-impact, dynamic stretch class which will lengthen and invigorate your body. The class progresses from standing up to laying down on your back, leaving you fully refreshed and ready for anything. A mat or soft surface to lay on is recommended.
Ballet Sculpt Express Ballet Sculpt Express is a 30 minute ballet-inspired toning and cardio workout. This class uses ballet movements, light weights, and body resistance to build strength and endurance. This full-body workout will include a warm-up and a cool down. Light hand or wrist weights recommended, or anything equivalent (i.e. water bottles).
